  • Flights: Pune - Cochin - Pune economy class flight fare, including airport-related taxes.
  • Accommodation: Good quality 3/4 star AC Deluxe Hotels (on a double sharing basis).
  • Food: Meal arrangements will be fully vegetarian / non-vegetarian (non-veg at night only).
  • Daily Meals: Morning tea-breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Water: 2 bottles of mineral water (1 liter each) per person daily.
  • Entry Fees: Entrance fees for the sightseeing places included in the tour.
  • Transport: Air-conditioned (AC) bus arrangement for sightseeing/travel.
  • Guide Fees: Honorarium/fees for the guides.
  • Tour Support: Experienced Marathi tour guide accompanying the group tour.
  • Goodies: Travel cap, sack (backpack), and bag tags.

  • Expenses incurred for pooja and other rituals in temples.

    • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
    • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
    • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
    • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
    • Carry two passport size photos.

    If a booking is cancelled for any reason after confirmation, the following cancellation charges will apply:

    From booking date up to 30 days before departure:

    ➤ Full advance refund, subject to airline cancellation charges as per policy.

    29 to 15 days before departure:

    ➤ 50% of the total tour cost

    14 to 7 days before departure:

    ➤ 75% of the total tour cost

    6 days before departure / No Show:

    ➤ 100% of the tour cost (No refund)

    • Political disturbances
    • Natural disasters
      The tour may be rescheduled or modified. In such cases, credit note / rescheduling will be preferred over refunds.
